We are calling for a fair and transparent investigation into the case of Mashiur Rahman, a highly respected police officer and former educator who has recently been arrested. As concerned citizens & many of his former students, we believe in the importance of due process and justice for all. Mashiur Rahman has dedicated his life to public service, both as an educator and a law enforcement officer. His commitment to integrity and excellence is evident through his numerous achievements:

Recipient of the President's Police Medal (PPM)
Awarded the Bangladesh Police Medal (BPM) X 2
Four-time recipient of the "IGP Exemplary Good Services Badge"
Honored with the Integrity Award for 2022-23 on June 29, 2022 + many more...

These accolades speak to Mashiur Rahman's exceptional service record and dedication to upholding the highest standards of policing. Beyond his police work, Mashiur Rahman has positively impacted many lives as an English teacher, demonstrating his commitment to education and community development. We, the undersigned, respectfully request:

1). A fair, impartial, and transparent investigation into the charges against Mashiur Rahman

2). Due consideration of his exemplary service record and character during legal proceedings

3). Assurance that his rights are protected throughout the legal process

4).Regular updates on the progress of the investigation to maintain public trust

আমরা মশিউর রহমান সাহেবের বিরুদ্ধে আনীত অভিযোগের একটি নিরপেক্ষ ও স্বচ্ছ তদন্তের দাবি জানাচ্ছি। তিনি একজন অত্যন্ত সম্মানিত পুলিশ কর্মকর্তা এবং প্রাক্তন শিক্ষক, যাকে সম্প্রতি গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে। উদ্বিগ্ন নাগরিক ও তাঁর অনেক প্রাক্তন ছাত্র হিসেবে, আমরা সকলের জন্য যথাযথ প্রক্রিয়া ও ন্যায়বিচারের গুরুত্বে বিশ্বাস করি।মশিউর রহমান সাহেব তাঁর জীবন জনসেবায় উৎসর্গ করেছেন, শিক্ষক এবং আইন প্রয়োগকারী কর্মকর্তা উভয় ভূমিকায়। তাঁর সততা ও শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের প্রতি অঙ্গীকার তাঁর বহু সাফল্যে প্রতিফলিত:

• রাষ্ট্রপতি পুলিশ পদক (পিপিএম) প্রাপ্ত
• দুইবার বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ পদক (বিপিএম) অর্জন
• চারবার "আইজিপি এক্সেমপ্লারি গুড সার্ভিসেস ব্যাজ" প্রাপ্ত
• ২৯ জুন, ২০২২ তারিখে ২০২২-২৩ সালের জন্য সততা পুরস্কার প্রাপ্ত

• এছাড়াও আরও অনেক সম্মাননা...এই সকল স্বীকৃতি মশিউর রহমান সাহেবের অসাধারণ কর্মজীবন এবং সর্বোচ্চ মানের পুলিশি সেবা প্রদানের প্রতি তাঁর অঙ্গীকারের প্রমাণ বহন করে। পুলিশি কাজের বাইরেও, একজন ইংরেজি শিক্ষক হিসেবে তিনি অনেকের জীবনে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলেছেন, যা শিক্ষা ও সমাজ উন্নয়নে তাঁর অঙ্গীকারের প্রমাণ।

আমরা, নিম্নস্বাক্ষরকারীগণ, সবিনয়ে অনুরোধ করছি:

১) মশিউর রহমান সাহেবের বিরুদ্ধে আনীত অভিযোগের একটি ন্যায্য, নিরপেক্ষ ও স্বচ্ছ তদন্ত।

২) আইনি প্রক্রিয়ায় তাঁর অসাধারণ কর্মজীবন ও চরিত্রের যথাযথ বিবেচনা।

৩) আইনি প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন তাঁর অধিকার সুরক্ষিত রাখার নিশ্চয়তা।

৪) জনগণের আস্থা বজায় রাখতে তদন্তের অগ্রগতি সম্পর্কে নিয়মিত আপডেট প্রদান।

আমরা ন্যায়বিচার ও নির্দোষ প্রমাণিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত নির্দোষ গণ্য করার নীতিতে বিশ্বাস করি। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো একজন নিবেদিতপ্রাণ জনসেবক যেন ন্যায্য শুনানি পান এবং সত্য প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়।এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে আপনাদের সমর্থনের জন্য ধন্যবাদ।
