STOP THE MADNESS AND SENTENCE REBECCA GROSSMAN TO 34 YEARS TO LIFE FOR THE MURDERS OF MARK AND JACOB ISKANDER! 

It has come to our attention that Rebecca Grossman and her associates have initiated an email campaign and a Change.org petition directed at Judge Brandolino, requesting her release on probation. The Change.org petition, which began on March 10, 2024, has gathered 619 signatures. They are even collecting money through this petition!

Quotes from Grossman’s petition: 
“In a world where truth is sometimes overshadowed, Rebecca Grossman faces the dire prospect of a lengthy prison sentence. The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. Hanging in the balance is the immediate threat to her profound impact on society particularly in aiding burn victims and woman who have experienced violence.”

“Rebecca has been wrongly convicted of charges that are not only unprecedented but also grossly inaccurate.”  

“The stakes are high, and the very fabric of support for burn victims and survivors of violence hangs precariously in the balance. 

IN HER PETITION, SHE NEVER MENTIONS MARK AND JACOB ISKANDER!! The victims!!! 

On the night of September 29, 2020, Grossman drove drunk and under the influence of Valium, speeding at 81 mph in a 45 mph residential area. She struck and killed Mark and Jacob Iskander, who were in a marked crosswalk, in front of their mother and younger brother, and then fled the scene! The ONLY reason she was caught is because her airbags went off, disabling her Mercedes. Her car was found 1/3 a mile away from the crash site and she almost made it home into her garage.

Grossman refused a breathalyzer test nine times, refused a blood draw, and three hours later after a warrant was issued and her blood was drawn, her blood alcohol concentration was .08, legally drunk. Please note, the PAS (breathalyzer) results were lower at the scene because she did not blow into the device citing “asthma.”  BAC must legally be confirmed by urine or blood. 

Grossman has blamed the police, the intersection, the City of Westlake Village, Mark and Jacob, their mother Nancy Iskander, her boyfriend Scott Erickson etc…, and has fabricated evidence (fake airbag injury photos) in court. She had her daughter lie on the stand for her claiming  Scott Erickson did it.  What kind of mother does this to their child?

The jury, who heard all the evidence in court, found her GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS! Rebecca Grossman murdered Mark and Jacob Iskander! 

Despite her conviction, Grossman sent "investigators" to jurors' homes, attempted to intimidate witnesses, pressured the judge for a new trial, tried to pay people off, and even wrote a self-serving letter to the victims' family, despite being forbidden from contacting them. In her letter, she never took accountability nor showed ANY remorse. 

Recently, a jail informant revealed further attempts by Grossman to intimidate witnesses and jurors. Enough is enough!

Instead of taking responsibility for her actions, Rebecca Grossman is currently working on a memoir and writing a script for a Lifetime movie. Unbelievable! Given that her petition has only garnered 619 signatures in three months, we are confident her next venture will also fail, much like her previous attempts to gain sympathy by posing for magazine photos and sharing "her side of the story" with friends for publication, which resulted in such intense backlash that one was pulled from print and the other one had to shut off social media comments. 

This case is not about Rebecca Grossman; it’s about MARK AND JACOB ISKANDER—kind, innocent, sweet, and faithful children. Godly children who were murdered in our streets. Their lives cut short through no fault of their own. The Iskander family will never be the same. 

The Iskander family and our community need assurance that Rebecca Grossman will never again endanger anyone. The Iskander family is left with only photos and memories of their beloved sons, and they deserve justice. The Iskander family doesn’t get a do-over, neither should Grossman! 

We are grateful to the jurors and witnesses in this case. It is time for Rebecca Grossman to stop her harassment. Judge Brandolino must send a clear message by sentencing her to the maximum penalty of 34 years to life. 

We urge you to write to the judge. Any other individual who murdered two children, subjected the family to a painful trial, and showed no remorse would receive the maximum sentence. Grossman should be no exception. Wealth and status should not influence the outcome! There are numerous cases where defendants have pled guilty and sought mercy from the court, yet still received the maximum penalty of 15 years to life for murder. Do not let this judge treat this case differently. Our community will never be the same if she receives anything less than the maximum penalty. 

Rebecca Grossman is not "naïve" or "sad" as Judge Brandolino describes. She is manipulative, calculated, unapologetic, and believes the rule of law doesnapply to her. Her actions since the verdict have been criminal, evil and have inflicted further pain on the victim’s family. We can’t even imagine how the witnesses and jurors must feel. Our heart breaks for them. They didn’t ask to be in this position and should be left alone! Rebecca Grossman uses a meek voice in court and with the media, but she rages and screams when she doesn’t get her way. This was witnessed firsthand in the court hallways by many, including the bailiff and attorneys. 

We started this petition to show the Iskander family the love and support from our community and to emphasize that Mark and Jacob mattered. They are the victims, and it’s time for closure and peace for the Iskander family and our community. It’s time for everyone to rest and heal, knowing Mark and Jacob’s killer will never be allowed to hurt another human being.

Show the Grossman team and her friends that as a community, we are strong, and we will NEVER FORGET ABOUT MARK AND JACOB!  They have had 3 months to get to 619 signatures, let’s see how quick we can get over their number with the TRUTH, LOVE, and JUSTICE FOR MARK AND JACOB ISKANDER!
