Damone Fox(King Everlasting...) wrongly arrested, falsely charged,  unjustly convicted, inhumanely incarcerated since 9/20/1994( 0ver 28 years!), and despite my being released on 12/28/2016, I still am haunted, subjected and penalized for such crime I never did, never was present for and have no knowledge of!  I seek vindication, exoneration, as well false imprisonment compensation!

*Note: In the Nation of God’s & Earth’s, F.K.A. (Formerly Known As), Allah’s 5%, you will hear the word “Equality”, especially when referring to the number six (6), or the sixth principle of our Supreme Mathematics/5th letter of the alphabet (Supreme Alphabet). You will also hear various definitions, explanations and understanding, which is understandable, especially considering that one’s understanding overall is that’s persons understanding. There are also various reference or examples of equality, one is teaching, assisting, or sharing, and equality is being done. Which is why not only am I here today (Deal Equality…), but as well why I have titled such a writing, with and as equality. This writing is being written by yours truly (Application Latik Seymou Allah…), for the Brother (Demone Fox a.k.a. King Everlasting…) in which I created this group (Justice for King…). I created this group, of course with each one of your assistance (*Group is more than an individual, rather individuals placed with others individuals… so without you all, I am just an individual on Facebook. But with each one of you, I am a force not to be reckon with! – We Are A Force! Not To Be reckon with! This group was created on February, 12th, 2022( Less than 8 weeks ago.. ) and since the conception of such an group we have accumulated 305 members – One word (5 letters?)? = PEACE, indeed! Thank You to all three-hundred & five of you!( And that is not only extended from me, but as well the Brother King Everlasting. For he truly appreciates all you support, attention as well any and all you may do in the very near future. I will strive to make this writing as brief as possible, for I am creating it to kind of enlighten all you to not just the injustice my Brother was/is subject to, but my plan for and with the INJUSTICE subjected to our Brother, Demone Fox (King Everlasting…)- He/Her who has no plan(?), plans to FAIL!!!
My plan is too social/advocate a thousand (More if possible?) people, for the cause of JUSTICE FOR KING!!! When, no if! I have advocated that thousand or more members, then it is on to stage two.
Stage two, is to create a petition… A petition consisting of our cause, what it is we WILL done, and our endorsement. Once, that is established and done, then it is on to Stage, three. Stage, three is forwarding this petition to he or her who may be in position to vindicate, exonerate and compensate the Brother Demone Fox a.k.a. King Everlasting… for approximately 3 decades of being INJUSTLY Done, Inhumanely done, and cruelly done! And still to this very day and time, victimized by the Injustice subjected upon him approximately 30 years ago. Trust me, I understand everyone is not interested in this cause, I may not agree but I do understand. I just want you and everyone to know as well understand, “Injustice anywhere, Is A Threat to Justice everywhere!!!” Thousands of people have been wrongly convicted & unjustly imprisoned, and thousands will never receive any justice! Not in this case (No. 94013243{The People of the State of Michigan V. Demone Fox}), if I have any say so in the matter! I appreciate all who have accepted my invitation, and enlightenment of this Brother, and his INJUSTICE. This case of INJUSTICE, is just one of thousands, if not hundreds thousands of. Surely, this is not the first time you heard of the cries of he as well she who has been incorrectly convicted, and wrongly imprisoned. Demone Fox a.k.a. King Everlasting… is not the first, nor will he be the last! But we the people can do more than sit back and do nothing. There are things we can do, and that is where my plan comes in to play. For without all you, people, my plan is waste of time. I need you, all you, as well any and all you can do. For INJUSTICE is just a nine-letter word that not only has been allowed to exist but also a nine-letter word which can be changed/lessen by the extermination or exterminating of the first two letters (I-N). JUSTICE has always been an inevitable, and avoidable factor of the Universe and of our Life! INJUSTICE, came a long time afterwards, which was the outcome of dissatisfaction. Over a period of time INJUSTICE became a norm or practice, and increased by our ignorance. But even ignorance, today, is a decision. For ignorance just means not to know. And not knowing is a poor excuse, especially when you can know.
My plead to you all, we can do more, we can do better, and joining me, him (Demone Fox) and Us (You! You! & You!), we will do more, as well better we will do! Once INJUSTICE has been eradicated and replaced with JUSTICE, then we can tend to some of those other Brothers and Sisters who have been exposed and subjected to that miscarriage of JUSTICE – INJUSTICE! Now, hopefully knowing my Brother (Demone Fox a.k.a. King Everlasting…), his cause, and my plan, you will stay aboard, spread the word (JUSTICE FOR KING!!!) and assist me in assisting this Brother in his plight to be exonerated, vindicated and compensated for approximately 30 years of INJUSTICE, indeed! “Will You Do Me A Favor? Please?”
Peace & Blessings unto all possible. May when this post reaches your eyes, may it touch your soul of understanding, mentally as well as physically. I won’t make this too long, for my reason here to today is to request a favor of/from you. Before I ask, allow me to introduce myself, for its kind of awkward asking a favor from someone(s) who I know not(?) as well from someone (King Everlasting/Damone Fox) Me!)) you know not. My name is Damone Fox a.k.a. King Everlasting Allah. I am presently 48 years of age (D.O.B. 9/3/73), I was forced to do 22 years incarcerated, and after approx. 5 years of being released, I am still subjected to the penalties of a gigantic miscarriage of justice (INJUSTICE!). I am subjected to a life that I would not have to endure had I not been subjected to such cruel and inhuman life/subjections. My life has not been the same since that day I was arrested for a crime not only didn’t I know of, but I did not do! Approximately 27 years later, and I cry, sleep not, get angrier for this is so unfair! Wrong! And Unjust! indeed. Which is why I beseech you, any and all to assist me in my effort to force the system that did this to me to vindicate/exonerate. As you will see from letter from OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY in DETROIT, MICHIGAN, dated January 12, 2021. They have received my completed questionnaire regarding m claim of innocence (*Note: I have never deviated from my claim of innocence from day one!). And because of such, my case has been re-open and remain open until I receive notification stating otherwise. Also, they informed me that reviewing of my case could take several years, due to backlog of cases. Surely, I am not the only person who has been falsely accused, and is ACTUALLY INNOCENT, but every day I am held to those charges I never did, my life could never(!) be nothing more than a nightmare! Keep in mind, I did 22 years incarcerated, and even though I am home and have been home about 5 years (27 years!), life is not much different. For I am unable to live the life of your normal law-abiding citizen, because MANSLAUGHTER is part of my name/S.S, etc.… If I wait the several years mentioned by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney of Michigan, Detroit, this review could take several years. Several years, not only guarantees not my innocence, but is more years, which turns that 27 to 30, 31, etc.
So, here is where my request (Will you do me a favor, Please?) enters: Please join in my calling, and writing those who can vacate this nightmare, and restore my life to more than what it is and has been.
