 I endured a hit and run by a drunk driver AS PEDESTRIANS in Pontiac, Michigan. This traumatic event left me with severe injuries I barely escaped with my life. injuries including an open book pelvic fracture, imagine a wishbone at Thanksgiving that is how my legs were ripped apart from me when I was struck; my medical things are pages and pages and the debt medical bills exceeding hundreds of thousands.

HOWEVER

But this is not just my story. JUSTIN ROETTGER deserves justice. I was hours away from home out of town for a concert at the venue Crofoot in downtown Pontiac michigan. The band I was seeing was called deathbyromy, when I was cashing out I met Justin such a beautiful soul. He offered to escort myself and my friend down to the next bar only we would never make it there. This photo was taken at 10:57pm and at 11:05 we were essentially run over. THE DRIVER LEFT. I was laying there in a position to where I've been told you could see my butt and my chest at the same exact time I was reaching for Justin, even though I could not move he was facing away from me so he will never know how hard I was reaching to touch him so he would know he was not alone. 

THE KICKER IS THEY HAVE IDENTIFIED THE CAR THAT HIS US BUT THE OWNER OF THE CAR SAYS HE WASNT DRIVING AT THE TIME BUT DIDNT KNOW WHO WAS DRIVING THE CAR. 

I was fighting for my life waking up screaminggggg from pain every 20 minutes, the third victim was also hospitalized, and Justin had passed. Crack of dawn the next morning the police pull into the drive way of the car that his us (Which is on footage) and this person had already lawyered up!!! This person has faced zero accountability while I am being rushed to agree to a settlement. Justin still has no justice, and this person has not stepped a foot in jail when they are responsible for vehicular manslaughter.

originally, I was told that the chip from the car was being sent to a lab in Miami to see if his (his) being the person who hit us phone was bluetoothed to the car at the time of the incident. it has now been a year and I've been told that that same chip is now being transferred to Livonia, Michigan, and yet nothing has still come from this case. It is a blatant disregard for the victims there is evidence here and people do not care and I'm done with that. I'm done being told that I should not talk about this. So I will.

This is not just about my case; it's about ensuring that no other victim faces the same neglect and disrespect. We need immediate legal action against the responsible parties and a reevaluation of compensation practices for hit-and-run victims. The system must prioritize those who suffer and ensure that accountability is upheld for those who cause such harm.
