I'm starting this petition not only for Jasper Kyle Smith who lost his life on May 17th 2025 at the age of 4 years old to a gunshot wound but too many other children who have lost their lives because they're careless gun owners there has to be something done in consequences to these careless individuals...

Now a little bit about Jasper Smith

He was an amazing little baby boy who recently just started Pre-K who was so full of life he had so much life left..

He had two brothers and a sister who will never know him....

I'm starting this not only for Jasper Smith but for many other children who lose their lives because of a careless adult who is supposed to be a responsible adult but failed to protect this child something needs to be done to protect our children there is no reason why this happened except for the bottom line the two adults that lived in that home should have been more responsible the mother Michaela McCoy and stepfather Robert McCoy need to be put in jail and charged fully for this poor little innocent babies life that was taken too soon I see Justice for this little boy in his Smith family
