THANK U! THANK U! THANK U!  I cant believe the petition worked!!!! It could only of worked thanks to the thousands of people who took the time to sign and share the petition for #JusticeforJaelyn!!! It is official, he has been charged with 1st Degree Murder besides 2nd Degree Murder!!!!! Thank God the prosecutors did what was right and the Grand Jury did what is right!!!! I can only imagine what Jaelyns parents and their families are feeling right now; cuz I lost it when I heard the judge say it!!!! I am honestly shocked right now; cuz when I made the petition I made it cuz I felt it was the right thing to do and that he wasnt charged right! But as weeks have gone by and new charges hadnt been brought I was starting to feel like maybe they wouldn't do what is right and that the petition wasnt gonna truly make a difference! I am so damn glad to say that I am beyond ecstatic to say I was wrong and that the state/county did what was right!!!! Thank you again to every single person who signed/shared the petition, who told people about it, and made this happen!!!! Now it will be up to a jury of our peers to decide his fate; but at least they have the options of both 1st and 2nd Degree Murder to choose from!!!!!!
