THANK U! THANK U! THANK U!  I cant believe it worked; the state/county officially added the charge of 1st Degree Murder besides 2nd Degree Murder! I am in shock that it worked! But it was only possible in my opinion thanks to every single person who signed/shared the petition and kept the pressure on them to do what is right! Thank you to the prosecutor's for seeking the charge and to the grand jury who did what is right! Now it will be on a jury of our peers to decide if they believe he is guilty of 1st or 2nd Degree Murder, but they at least now have those choices! I am still in disbelief that this worked; I had started to worry that the petition wasnt going to do anything after weeks of nothing happening; but I am beyond ecstatic to find out I was wrong and that they did do what is right! But I truly dont believe this would of happened if it wasnt for all of you who helped sign and share the petition and kept the pressure on them to do what is right! Thank you again to everyone who helped get the petition out there ans thank you to the prosecutor's ans grand jury for doing what is right! #JusticeforJaelyn
