Indiana Art. I, § 31 of the Indiana constitution states:
No law shall restrain any of the inhabitants of the State from assembling together in a peaceable manner, to consult for their common good; nor from instructing their representatives; [nor from applying to the General Assembly for redress of grievances.]
Indiana Art. I, § 31 of the Indiana constitution, specifies our right to apply to the Indiana General Assembly for redress of our grievances. Indiana State representatives and senators will claim that they are only responsible for passing laws. This is intentionally misleading to avoid being constitutionally bound to redress grievances. In reality, they are members of the Indiana General Assembly and have the ability to correct any State issues, including the removal of judges, if applied to as a whole. I have contacted them all individually, but they can be contacted as a whole at:
Indiana General Assembly.
200 W. Washington Street

or individually through the links below:

You can also send emails to Holcomb, Young, and Braun through the petition. Justin P. Forkner, Chief Administrative Officer of the Indiana Supreme Court, can be contacted at: justin.forkner@courts.in.gov. This will only serve to provide their responses or lack of responsiveness to the Indiana General Assembly. Contacting the Indiana General Assembly is the only course of action for results. I will be submitting a Petition of Remonstrance to them eventually addressing many issues.

The more people that contact members of the representative government and make records requests, the better. Making complaints about records not surrendered will raise awareness through displayed complaints on our https://www.in.gov/pac/advisory/ website.
Any problems with records requests can be submitted to the Indiana Public Access Counselor at:
https://www.in.gov/pac/files/formal-complaint-form.pdf
You can also contact the Indiana Coalition for Open Government regarding Access to Public Records Act violations at:
info@indianacog.org
This will only increase awareness of the issue.
