Through electronic communication, you can easily make yourself heard.  Contact the Indiana Statehouse on a regular basis.

Our representative government should not be opposed to a thorough investigation unless they are afraid of what they know will be uncovered.

You can send emails to Holcomb, Young, and Braun through the petition. Justin P. Forkner, Chief Administrative Officer of the Indiana Supreme Court, can be contacted at: justin.forkner@courts.in.gov. The Indiana General Assembly can be contacted at
Indiana General Assembly.

The signature count is drastically decreasing.  Please continue to share on all social media sites on a regular basis. There are way too many fewer signatures than views.  When sharing, please encourage people to sign.

Below are 3 organizations that I have contacted about this issue on a regular basis.  They have many people contacting them regarding other issues, so the more people that contact them regarding this issue is helpful.  The more people that contact members of the representative government and make records requests, the better.  Making complaints about records not surrendered will raise awareness through displayed complaints on our https://www.in.gov/pac/advisory/ website.

Any problems with records requests can be submitted to the Indiana Public Access Counselor at:

You can also contact the Indiana Coalition for Open Government regarding Access to Public Records Act violations at:

This will only increase awareness of the issue.

Records can be requested concerning this issue. Copy and paste the records requests below and send with your contact information to publicrecords@isp.in.gov. If you request the records to be surrendered electronically, there can be no fee charged. If you feel that you have not received the appropriate records, the link to the office of the Indiana Public Access Counselor complaint form is on the bottom portion of this petition. File a complaint, and please read and sign the petition in the following link:

https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/INPOLICE/bulletins/213ace9

IC 5-14-3-4(b)(8) provides the statutory obligation to release: the name, compensation, job title, business address, business telephone number, job description, education and training background, previous work experience, and dates of first and last employment of present or former officers or employees of the agency.

IC 5-14-3-9(a) requires acknowledgment of public records requests within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of electronic records requests. IC 5-14-3-3 provides the obligation to inspect public records unless they are exempt from disclosure pursuant to IC 5-14-3-4. IC 5-14-3-9 requires the custodian of the records to provide a written reason if it denies the public records request.
