I pray before God, and to help SEEK JUSTICE FOR HECTOR.

On October 25, 2019 Hector was convicted of murder at the age of 16. Their were so many thing that the detective and his lawyer did were wrong.  Particularly at that time Hector advised law enforcement that he was extremely high on drugs (lean mixed with codine), and also asked to have a parent present. Despite his request his parent was not contacted or present while he was being questioned.

Hector rights were violated under his constitutional right under the 5th, 6th and 14th amendments.

Basically Hector confession was under the influence on drugs. His lawyer only met with Hector once and on the day of his plea. Hector lawyer failed to review any of the discovery provided by the state with Hector. His lawyer failed to ask about or present any testimony as to Hector alibi on the date of the murder. 

His attorney failed to aggressive argue; NO FINGERPRINTS were PRESENT, NO MURDER WEAPON was EVER presented, NO WITNESES saw Hector COMMIT this OFFENSE and Hector alibi.

Hector did not get a trail nor a jury to convict him, Hector was just slam with 45 years,  Hector was giving a harsh time of 45 years without presenting any evidence.

I'm asking JUSTICE FOR Hector.
