Please comment down according to you he should be deported back to home country or Fred from jail

As a concerned citizen, I am writing this petition to demand justice for Harmanpreet Singh who is victim of Depression since long 6 years currently in Fresno county jail. Harmanpreet was forced to shoot his girlfriend Gurpreet Kaur & was dead after two days of hospitalization,while she and her ex-boyfriend were blackmailing him emotionally. This incident took place because Gurpreet was playing with his emotions even though they were engaged.

Harmanpreet's story hits close to his past as he  faced a similar situation when his wife cheated on him two years ago. He has a six-year-old child who lives with his grandmother and he is the only earning member of his family back in India.

Harmanpreet's family is also dependent on him for their food and shelter. They are requesting that he either be deported back to India or be freed from jail so that he can meet them.

It is important to note that Gurpreet's father has confessed that harmanpreet called him & told that gurpreet has other relationships as well and he is getting threats from her boyfriend ,had many relationships in the past which shows her character and intentions towards Harmanpreet.
To be noted, Gurpreet kaur has 8 years old boy and harmanpreet singh is willing to take all responsibility of her child once he is fred from jail.

Therefore, I request the authorities to provide justice to Harmanpreet Singh by considering all the facts and circumstances surrounding this case. He deserves a fair trial and an opportunity to reunite with his family back in India who are solely dependent on him for their survival.

I urge everyone reading this petition to sign it so that we can bring attention towards this issue and help bring justice for Harmanpreet Singh.
