Garrett Foster was shot multiple times by active duty Army Sgt Daniel Perry, who drove his car into a group of BLM demonstrators in downtown Austin, Texas. Garrett was marching in solidarity with protesters in Portland, against police violence and had been pushing the wheelchair of his fiancée, Whitney Mitchell, 28, who is a quadruple amputee.  Demonstrators who were present said Perry "aggressively accelerated” into the crowd of peaceful protesters before opening fire and killing Garrett.

Daniel Perry murdered Garrett Foster and put numerous other people at serious risk.

Charges must be brought against Sgt Perry and he must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
