20 year old Fenella was sadly killed in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver 4 1/2 times over the limit. He has been given an 8 year sentence which means he could probably be out in 4 years.

Please watch the attached police body cam video when police arrived at the scene after he fled the incident and crashed again 1 mile up the road.

The police have said they have never seen someone so drunk behind the wheel of a car. 
Let’s help the family bring Fenella some sort of justice by getting the sentence increased to something he deserves!
