Emmanuel D. Hardy, age 30, was murdered in a racist hate crime on May 28, 2022.  His murderer has been charged with murder, but the woman, who chased the car Emmanuel was in, has not been charged and the Prosecuting Attorney says she is a material witness.  She is an accessory to this crime!

The murderer, Roger Gale, told his girlfriend, "Let's go get the N-word!" (Gale said the real word.) When Emmanuel's girlfriend saw how close they were to her car's bumper, she pulled into an apartment to find out what was wrong.  She and Emmanual got out of the car.  Roger Gale got out of his girlfriend's car, and said, "Remember me?" Pointed his gun and fired it at Emmanuel's girlfriend.  Emmanuel pushed his girlfriend out of the way and told her to run. He saved her life!  Gale continued to spew racial slurs as he chased and shot Emmanuel D. Hardy multiple times! 

Roger Gale's girlfriend could have said, "No!"  She didn't have to drive Mr. Gale.  In fact, she could have stopped all of this with 1 word, "No!"  Yet not only did she drive Mr. Gale, she followed to closely to Emmanuel's girlfriend's car's bumper, causing both Emmanuel and his girlfriend concern for their safety.  Emmanuel was prnounced dead at the hospital in Wichita, KS.  The police have obtained a video of the murder from the apartment complex. 

Emmanuel D. Hardy is a hero!  He gave his life to save his girlfriend!  There is no greater love!

MR Gale's preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 4th.
