Hi I am doing this because a incident had happen at my neighbors house and we were trying to help the daughter contact her father me and my wife went outside and out door was cracked there were police everywhere my dog notice we were out side and open the cracked door and ran out and barked ONE . We yelled for the dogs name and the dog stopped  and didn’t not try to attack the officer as soon as we well for the dogs name and the dog stopped my wife told the cops she will get her she went walking toward the dog minute later the COP SHOT MY DOG IN THE FACE MUTIPLE TIMES . If the cop was in fear that the dog was doing to attack why didn’t the cop shoot the dog after it ran out ? Why did it wait until we went to get the dog ? We have sound videos where the dog barked once which it was protecting her house and us . It stopped and was not trying to bite the cop .  HELP US GET JUSTICE FOR COCO my kids are so hurt and traumatized my 6 year old seen it all , she hurt she is upset my other kids are upset their dog is gone the dog helped them out when they were sad or having a bad day they would turn to the dog for happiness they couldn’t wait  to get off school everyday to see their dog they loved the dog very much and the dog protected them all and the people it knows in my house it never deserved this ……   MY DOG SHOULD HABE NEVER BEED SHOT MUTIPLE TIMES !!!!I am Trying to let people know that this is not right this was not called for my dog is a friendly loving caring dog  I am trying to get it out there that my dog did not deserve this at all it was only protecting us the family the dog had no idea what was going on  I know I am not alone in this and some people will see where I'm coming from I think we need to make a change with the law enforcements why couldn't they taze her or use rubber bullets or made. My kids will never never be ok with this or understand they are young they are now scared of the police force they cry constantly that was not just a dog that was a family member  WE ARE HURT SND DEVASTED , I feel as if the police department can give my kids a apology and pay for what they have done and admit to it and own up to what they have done .
