Petition updateJustice for CocoProbation Hearing Outcome
Tiffany S.OH, United States
May 15, 2024

Phil violated his probation by going out of state without approval from his probation officer. He’s also living at the same property as his fiancé (even though they claim to live in different buildings), and his fiancé has yorkies. So, this also put him in violation of caring for companion animals, even though his lawyer tried to argue Phil never actually cared for the dogs.

The judge was not accepting any excuses  from Phil or his lawyer and sentenced him to 60 days in jail.

Unfortunately, after his jail sentence is complete, he is no longer on probation. He’s a free man. According to prosecutors, some offenders of probation get no punishment at all. So, I guess we have to be grateful for the judge coming down on him at all.

While it was great to see him led away in handcuffs, my heart still hurts thinking about what Coco had to endure at the hands of this man💔
