Petition updateJustice for CocoUpcoming Court Date and Protest - Sept 8th!
Tiffany S.OH, United States
Sep 6, 2021

I want to remind everyone about the gathering September 8th outside of the Justice Center downtown to show public support for full accountability for Coco’s murderer. (We will be meeting at 8:30am at 1200 Ontario, Cleveland Ohio)

This is the date of her killer’s pretrial conference, and we want him, the lawyer and the judge to know we haven’t forgotten how Coco suffered.

Due to the nature of last minute changes in the legal process, please RSVP to the #JusticeForCoco Peaceful Protest on Facebook to ensure you receive any information about docket updates.

You can also RSVP on the website by clicking here

The reality is that the person that caused so much suffering for a tiny ten month old puppy is out living life as normal. He is making money from selling properties and going out with friends while Coco’s three year old human family member is still asking where Coco is because he doesn’t understand why she is gone.

The hardest thing to comprehend is the real possibility that her killer will get little to no jail time.

️That is why it is so important that you attend the protest if you are able to. The more people that come, the more the news will cover the story and the more aware the judge will be that the public is keeping an eye on this case and the outcome.  ️

Her killer and his lawyer hope we forget. They think if they keep delaying the hearings, the public will grow tired of waiting and simply forget about what Coco went through. They are wrong. Coco had no voice and no way to fight as she froze to death. We will be her voice, and we will fight for her.

Each protest is also an opportunity to educate people about Senate Bill 164. Having a lot of people at the protest keeps the media interested, and with the help of the media, we can get the word out about this bill that would create the change necessary to make jail time more likely for people involved in animal cruelty.

So, if you are angry about what Phil did to sweet Coco and you want to play a role in creating lasting change in our animal cruelty laws, PLEASE JOIN US!

At the very least, you will get to spend an hour or so with fellow animal lovers.

We really hope to see you there!

Please share and help spread the word!
