Enough is Enough – We Demand Justice!

We, the undersigned, are devastated and outraged by the rising number of missing persons and unsolved murders in Antigua and Barbuda. Our families are living in fear, our communities are losing trust in law enforcement, and too many of our loved ones have been taken from us without justice.

The tragic case of Chantel Crump a 9-year-old child, who was abducted and brutally murdered, has shaken our nation to its core. This is not just about one life lost—it is about the many others who remain missing, the countless unsolved murders, and the families left without answers.

We can no longer stand by while our people disappear, and their cases are ignored or mishandled. The failure of law enforcement to bring justice to victims, combined with reports of police inaction, misconduct, and even cover-ups, has deepened our distrust in the system. This crisis must be addressed now.

Our Demands:

  1. A full and transparent investigation into all unsolved murder and missing persons cases, including an independent review of how police have handled these crimes.
  2. The establishment of an independent police oversight body to ensure accountability for officers who fail to act, engage in misconduct, or abuse their power.
  3. Proper funding and specialized training for police, enabling them to respond swiftly, investigate effectively, and solve crimes with urgency.
Public accountability and transparency, including regular updates on case progress and a government commitment to justice for victims and their families.
  4. We refuse to allow these crimes to be swept under the rug. If immediate action is not taken, we will escalate our efforts through protests, regional and international advocacy, and legal avenues.

We Hold the Power – The Authorities Must Answer to Us!

This is not a request—it is a demand from the people. We are gathering 100,000 signatures to show that we, as a nation, refuse to accept silence and inaction.

Once we have reached our goal, we will collectively visit the offices of the Prime Minister, the Commissioner of Police, the Attorney General, and the Minister of National Security with a formal copy of this petition. We will demand a tangible and public response within 7 days because justice delayed is justice denied.

Our voices matter. Our power as a people matters. If those in leadership refuse to act, we will escalate our efforts through national protests, international pressure, and legal action.

Sign the Petition – Be a Voice for Justice!

We call on every concerned citizen of Antigua and Barbuda and the international community to stand with us. Add your name to demand justice for Chantel Crump, for all missing and murdered persons, and for a safer Antigua and Barbuda.

Together, we can make a change. No more silence. No more injustice.
