Pictured here is a screen capture of the 2008 court document where California had enough.  Koller graduated UC Davis in 1974. In 1975-1976 he worked at an animal clinic in Monterery, CA, where he was accused of beating a German Shepherd and allowing a student to operate on an animal. That led to 100 days in jail in 1977. In 1979 his license was suspended in CA for 5 years. In 1984 his CA license was reinstated for another 5 year probation. While that would likely mean it was fully reinstated in 1989, the court doc says 1999 (may be a typo).  In 2001, after finding Dr. Koller and his wife almost overdosed on veterinary controlled substances in front of their teenage daughter, his license was suspended in CA. In 2004, his CA license was revoked, stayed, suspension and probation. In 2008, since Dr. Koller did not pass probation was disciplined in the state of Oregon, CA permanently revoked Dr. Koller's license. During the years in OR, civil suits were filed with complaints of animal abuse. In OR, his license was revoked in 2010, but reinstated in 2015.  Since 2015, many complaints were filed.  In 2019, Koller was charged with aggravated animal abuse for directly causing the death of Bleu, a 7 month old dachshund.
