Bleu is shown in distress in the video linked to this update. It is very difficult to watch the video taken by owner after leaving Dr. Koller who inflicted deadly injury to poor baby Bleu.  How can a veterinarian inflict such harm to a puppy? I can't even... this is the first time I saw this video.

Please, please help us share this petition to every animal advocate out there. We need to deliver the signatures to the direct of the licensing board here in Oregon to plead for a suspended license until this horrific case of abuse is tried.  Justice for baby Bleu!

Dr. Koller pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony aggravated animal abuse and two counts of first degree animal abuse at the arraignment today.

The next hearing is a status hearing December 16 at 3 pm.
