Some 2.28 crore people in Bengal voted for BJP and after the results they have been targeted to the extent that several have lost lives. What is happening in West Bengal is an assault on Indian democracy and the Constitution of India.

We appeal to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India to take suo moto cognizance of the same and safeguard fundamental rights of the people of Bengal by directing the administration to stop the wave of political recriminations in West Bengal.

There is a total breakdown of law & order in the districts & the mobs are having a field day settling scores.

बंगाल में कुछ 2.28 करोड़ लोगों ने बीजेपी को वोट दिया और नतीजों के बाद उन्हें इस हद तक निशाना बनाया गया कि कईयों की जान चली गई। पश्चिम बंगाल में जो कुछ हो रहा है वह भारतीय लोकतंत्र और भारत के संविधान पर हमला है।

हम भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश से अपील करते हैं कि वे पश्चिम बंगाल में राजनीतिक भेदभाव की लहर को रोकने के लिए प्रशासन को निर्देश देकर बंगाल के लोगों के समान अधिकारों की रक्षा करें।
