We, the concerned citizens of the USA, are deeply disturbed by the recent incident of animal cruelty at Doggy Doodles Grooming now known as “Elite Doodles Grooming”. This heartbreaking case involves the tragic death of Atlas, a beloved Poodle who fell victim to abuse at the hands of groomer Diego Angel. We stand united in seeking justice for Atlas and all animals who have suffered under the care of Rebecca Raper (Rutherford-Mchenry) and Christopher Raper. 

Atlas was a friendly and gentle companion to his owners for four years until that fateful day when he was taken to Doggy Doodles Grooming. It is with great sadness that we learned about his brutal mistreatment by Diego Angel while under their employment. Recently Diego has been seen at AKC events while out on bail. The AKC won’t ban him until he is convicted! This is unacceptable and shows AKC doesn’t care about animals if they allow an animal murderer to be employed at events. The fact that Rebecca Raper claims she "didn't see what was happening" despite being nearby is not only disheartening but also raises serious concerns about her ability to oversee her business properly.

This incident is not an isolated one; it sheds light on a pattern of negligence and abuse within these establishments. Numerous reports from former employees and customers have surfaced, detailing instances where animals were subjected to unnecessary stress, physical harm, and neglectful treatment during grooming sessions. These innocent creatures deserve better than this blatant disregard for their well-being.

It is our duty as responsible members of society to protect those who cannot speak for themselves. We demand immediate action be taken against Rebecca Raper (Rutherford-Mchenry) and Christopher Raper by preventing them from owning, operating or working at any establishment related to animal care in any capacity.

Furthermore, we urge authorities to thoroughly investigate Rebecca Rapers' complicity in regular occurrences of abuse and neglect within her business operations. If found guilty or complicit in these acts against innocent animals like Atlas, appropriate legal action must be taken to ensure justice is served.

We believe that every animal deserves a safe and loving environment, especially when entrusted to the care of professionals. The shocking mistreatment of Atlas and other animals under the watch of Doggy Doodles Grooming and Elite Doodles Premier Dog Grooming cannot be tolerated any longer.

1. The immediate closure of Doggy Doodles Grooming located at 8251 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74137, and Elite Doodles Premier Dog Grooming located in the Crestwood Crossing Shopping center, 6333 E 120th Ct in Bixby, OK 74008.

2. A thorough investigation into Rebecca Rapers' complicity in regular occurrences of abuse and neglect within her business operations.

3. Legal measures to prevent Rebecca Raper (Rutherford-Mchenry) and Christopher Raper from owning, operating or working at any establishment related to animal care in any capacity.

4. Ban Diego Jaimes Angel from working with animals in any capacity, specifically with the American Kennel Club.
