Justice for Arnav Duggal (Murdered) - We plead for transfer of case to CBI

The Issue

.

My brother Arnav Duggal aged about 23 years has been murdered on 13.06.2017. His body is still kept at the Mortuary, DDU Hospital. Even FIR not registered by the Police Station Dwarka (Sector-9), so far.

We have also sent my detailed complaint dated 14.06.2017 to the Commissioner of Police (Delhi), MHA, PM, LG. Please take prompt actions.
