With reference to Mumbai high court order of controlling stray dog bites by showing disrespect to those who feed and take care of the welfare  of community animals by creating a more humane society the high court has shown disrespect.to those whe feed and the right to life and dignity of community animals .i demand for respect for those who feed ,adopt, sterilize and take care of the welfare of community animals and create a humane society by their service to animals ,humans and nature.Instead of blaming them incentives should be given to them with their service they reduce crime by creating more love , understanding and compassion.community animals have right to life with dignity so to prevent any dog bite adoption by all citizens should be made compulsory as per law and respect and protection to those who feed  and take care of their welfare should also be given by having a law to protect them.The reason for dog bite in any place is due to lack of feeding, adoption and not giving them love and right to food,water, sleep and security it is only when the community becomes cruel there is dog bite.So the reason for dog bite is a cruel society without love and compassion for all life in nature be it kerela, nagpur or elsewhere it is because of a cruel society where there is no love dog bite happens . Humans are contributing to all kind of pollution noise,air water,mother nature so it is our duty to protect all life in nature and for that adoption of community animals is our responsibility for a humane society where there is justice for all life in nature
