Going on three months, after no prosecutor showing up to Asher’s last court hearing and the DA withdrawing from counsel, and the entire case being transferred to Cibola county. I was finally contacted by the new DA, and set up an appointment to meet next Wednesday. It’s Izaiah’s birthday, so I’m hoping with that comes better news. Only time will tell. I’ll post an update on the outcome of that. My baby girl needs her justice and I’ma do everything I can to get that for you my love. Izaiah misses you extremely and I miss you even more.
