Justice for All: Supreme Court & Class Action Fund

The Issue

It’s time for the justice system to be put on trial.

In any nation claiming justice, human life must be sacred—protected, valued, and honored. Yet in our own, the persistent disregard for Black lives by law enforcement is not accidental; it is systemic. This truth is captured on camera time and again.

Our government should be the foremost defender of life—not a silent witness to its violation. If officers are entrusted with the power to use deadly force only when faced with an imminent threat—as established in Tennessee v. Garner (1985)—then why do so many unarmed, non-aggressive Black individuals die during routine encounters?

This is not merely misconduct; it’s a crisis. And it demands legal reckoning.

That’s why this petition exists. It is a call to action—a united step toward filing a civil case against the United States judicial system for its historic and ongoing failure to protect the lives, rights, and dignity of African Americans. For too long, the legal system has enabled oppression instead of ending it. It’s not enough to expose injustice—we must challenge it, legally and powerfully.

By signing this petition, you’re helping us build the foundation to launch a transformative legal case. With your support, we can rally the resources, civil rights attorneys, movement leaders, and community power necessary to prosecute systemic misconduct and demand reform where it counts—in court.

Our objectives are clear:

  • Establish legally binding protections for Black humanity within the judicial system.
  • Create oversight frameworks that go the extra mile to safeguard due process, equal treatment, and fair representation.
  • Mandate accountability by enforcing real consequences—not symbolic slaps on the wrist. If civilians can face death penalties, extended sentences, and hefty fines, so too should agents of the system who betray the public trust.
  • Develop and implement proactive initiatives that prioritize the preservation of human life through policy, oversight, and community engagement.

This isn’t just about civil rights—it’s about public safety, human dignity, and building a judicial system that values every life it touches.

We’re not waiting on change. We’re making it.
