We asked the LEA for a discussion about Alfie's situation.  That was over a week ago, and so far we appear to have been ignored.  I've chased the matter up with relevant people, and Alfie's MP, Ruth Jones has agreed to follow up with the leader of the Newport council.

We would like Alfie to get the place that he should have been given in the first place. However, given that the LEA gave misleading evidence to the appeal panel when Alfie lost his appeal by a majority, we think the very least Alfie should be entitled to in a just and moral society is a fresh appeal; this time with the correct evidence.
