On December 6th 2025 Anaheim PD officer Nathan Garcia and his partner ambushed 19-year-old Chicano Albert Arzola. Garcia leapt out of an unmarked police car, drew his gun, and chased Albert towards his home. He dragged Albert backwards by his hoodie and shot him in the back and neck. 

When Albert’s family came outside to help, Officer Garcia threatened them at gunpoint. Parents and young children were detained for hours and forced to watch Albert die. Days after the killing, Anaheim PD slandered Albert’s name. For months, Anaheim police have been filmed driving past his family’s home and shining lights through their windows.

Albert Arzola was doing nothing wrong. He was a working-class resident of Anaheim who loved his city. He recently graduated from Katella High School and wanted to pursue a career in culinary arts. He was deeply loved by his family and friends. Albert should be alive today.

Publicly release the autopsy report!

Immediately fire Officer Nathan Garcia and his partner!
