We, the undersigned, call for urgent international attention and action in the murder case of AD Shar, a 27-year-old father of six children, brutally murdered in Thari Mirwah, Khairpur, Sindh, Pakistan.

Despite clear evidence, eyewitness accounts, and viral videos suggesting deep-rooted involvement of powerful individuals, the case has seen little progress due to alleged interference by influential actors and complicity of local authorities.

The family has courageously named the accused individuals, but justice continues to be denied as the investigation is obstructed and manipulated by district police and administration.

This miscarriage of justice is not only a national concern but a violation of international human rights standards. The family and activists across Sindh, including Karachi, have taken to the streets in protest, yet the cries for justice go unheard.

We therefore demand:

An independent and impartial international investigation into the murder of AD Shar.
Accountability of all those involved, regardless of influence or position.
Immediate protection and legal support for the victim’s family.
International monitoring to ensure justice is delivered in accordance with international human rights law.
 Justice delayed is justice denied.Let the world know that no voice can be silenced when it speaks for the truth.
