Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, the doctor couple who were awarded life imprisonment by CBI court in Ghaziabad for killing their teenaged daughter Aarushi, on Tuesday filed a criminal appeal before Allahabad High Court challenging decision by which they were awarded life term. This criminal appeal will be taken up by a division bench of the high court on January 23.
