Boeing was responsible for the deaths of 346 people in the 737 MAX crashes. Now, it's trying to escape its guilty plea, exploiting a shifting political climate to avoid accountability. This must not be allowed.

Boeing knowingly deceived regulators, prioritizing profit over safety. Instead of facing consequences, it's seeking leniency from the Trump administration’s Justice Department, which is considering modifying or rescinding the guilty plea.

Justice must not be subject to political convenience. Allowing Boeing to walk back its plea sets a dangerous precedent where corporate criminals manipulate the system to escape responsibility. The Justice Department must uphold the original agreement, including Boeing’s felony conviction and oversight measures.

We stand with the victims’ families and demand Boeing’s guilty plea remain intact.
