Before Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s rally today, two Assistant Professors associated with the 1158 Front were reportedly taken from their residences early in the morning and brought to Faridkot police station, despite no protest being announced and their scheduled academic duties, including examination responsibilities.

This incident has raised serious concerns regarding the treatment of highly qualified educators seeking resolution of their employment issue. Such actions are deeply concerning and call for accountability.

We strongly condemn this act and urge all supporters to share this petition and extend their support, so that the demand for fairness, dignity, and justice for the affected educators is strengthened.
