It is hereby informed that the planned protest on March 31, 2026, has been postponed following communication between the administration and the 1158 Assistant Professor and Librarian Front, Punjab. The administration has provided a written assurance for a meeting with the Education Minister on April 2, 2026, after an earlier proposed date was declined. The Front has stated that they remain hopeful for a constructive outcome; however, if the meeting does not lead to a meaningful resolution or is not honored, protest actions will be intensified across Punjab.
