The landmark lawsuit seeking #JusticeforTiffany was filed just days ago; it is believed to be the first filing of its kind under New Jersey's pioneering Crime Victims Bill of Rights, an amendment to the state Constitution. While the legal team presses this new case in the courts, there's been several related developments:

• Concerned citizens, having read the lawsuit, watched the press coverage, or based on word-of-mouth, are coming forward to share their stories about the circumstances surrounding Tiffany's suspicious death, misclassified as a suicide. Every tip, every lead, is being thoroughly investigated. Anyone with information about Tiffany's death should immediately step up and speak out, whether to your local police department, state police, or the Prosecutor's Office in Atlantic County. 
• Family and friends turned out at Tiffany's home over the weekend to remember her remarkable and all-too-short life. In a touching, joyous tribute to Tiff, butterflies were tenderly released by those in attendance.

• This Change.org petition - initially expected to attract a few thousand signatures and perhaps a thousand or so more views - through yesterday is on its way to 16,000 signatures and has surpassed 205,000 page views. And . . .
