I would like to thank Camilla Donzelli for the article she wrote about my case and my dire situation in Greece.
This article is written in Italy and is live on Voci Globali . I used Google translator to be able to read it. Not sure though if everything was translated correctly, but from what I read I think it pretty much covers my whole story.
I had a two hour long interview with Camilla earlier this month. She sent me a text yesterday to let me know it was being published.
On Wednesday, all my day was taken trying to get my Banner fixed, which was damaged by the Police the day before at the entrance of the Ministry of Migration Policy of Greece. Which is was I couldn't write about it yesterday.
As for my situation goes, although I have been through hell for the past 7 years and even to date my dire situation still remains unresolved, yet to the best of my knowledge this is the first time ever that my story gets written about in a European Journal. Not even a major media outlet. That is how huge the cover up goes when it comes to my case.
I have had interviews with other European Journalists, particularly during my second Hunger Strike last year at the doorsteps of the UNHCR office, but as far as I am aware they never cared enough to write anything about it.
Again I would like to thank Camilla Donzzelli for keeping her words and eventually publishing the article.
Please spread the word and tell the UNHCR to take urgent action for resolving my dire situation in this country.
