At the entrance of the Greek Ombudsman’s office on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021, having set up my Banner there from about 11:30 Am to 18:00 PM and despite putting multiple requests, whether in person, via tweets OR email to speak with a high-level Official/Investigator from the Organization, but at the end they didn’t care enough to respond to my request.

I have dozens of complaints before their organization regarding the gross violations of my fundamental rights in Greece. Two of the lasted of which was lodged online last November and are registered under the following reference numbers. 202012020686 and 202112025625. Both complaints are concerning my survival and the Greek States inactions regarding my appeal for my transfer to a Deportation Camp. Yet, up to this date not only I have not received a response from the Organization, but also several of my emails regarding getting the copies of my recent complaints seem to have been neglected OR are being treated lightly and therefore have remained without answers. Those two complaints were lodged when everywhere was on lockdown and could only be initiated online through their website.

One of the Greek Ombudsman’s agents while leaving the office for home who showed a little interest in my presence there in front of their building and cared to talk to me, said she was working with the child protection unit and at the end it turned out she didn’t have much to offer to me. Because according to her my case would be relevant to their Human Rights’ Department and not hers. Yet, nobody from their Human Rights department spoke to me. However, she tried to get me some updates regarding the two of my complaints mentioned above.

In a letter she showed me, but didn’t give it to me, which was apparently the Ombudsman’s response to one of my latest complaints mentioned above, the Greek Ombudsman seemed to have claimed that it didn’t have the authority over the Greek Asylum Office OR the Minister and the Ministry of Migration in order to handle my complaints against those bodies. However, from one of my complaints in 2019, I could testify to the fact that this is not true, but regardless, the Ombudsman’s agent also failed to give a straight answer to two of my following questions:

1. If the Greek Ombudsman didn’t have the power and the authority to investigate and hold into account the Minister and the Ministry of Migration Policy, then who has that power?

2. What are the procedures for putting a formal request for getting a formal statement from the Greek Ombudsman regarding these years long Hostage taking situation in Greece?

I have been held Hostage, deprived of everything and being drained of all my own resources which were essential for my survival. I have become undocumented ever since March 19th, 2018, and now also without shelter, without food and without money. Does Greece want to starve me to death?

It should be without any doubt that I certainly need your solidarity and support, not only for my survival, but also for getting through this horrible time and continue these years long unbalanced fight against this ongoing systematic tyranny and oppression that has been so ruthlessly and unjustifiably being inflicted upon my life. May with your generous help and support I get through this fight and have my life and freedom back. Otherwise, I would certainly have nothing to eat and nowhere to seek shelter at, in order to survive and live another day and continue this fight. Because not only I have been drained of all my own resources, but also certainly have no other reliable resources available to me.

The world’s inactions towards countless atrocities they are and have been committing against us, the Refugees, and particularly myself, Hostage Of Europe, here in this country, have emboldened them to do whatever they want, and this is getting worse and worse, as If we are not humans at all, deserve no dignity, safety OR prosperity and thus have no rights to live. Please do not be a part of it.

So far only four people have contributed and made a Donation to this cause. However, due to being undocumented I am currently unable to access those Donations. Which is why I am also kindly asking if you know somebody in Athens who uses PayPal and could agree on cooperating with me, please tell them to reach out to me, so that I could access those Donations to support my survival.

In Greece for the past 7-hellish they even deprived me of the 150 Euros monthly allowance (7-yearsx12-monthsx150-Euros=12, 600 Euros) they offer to most of other Refugees in this country and having been drained of all my own resources, I am now highly dependent of other people’s Donations for my survival.
