Nós, jogadoras, comissões técnicas, organizações e torcedores, escrevemos este abaixo-assinado para demonstrar nosso descontentamento diante da decisão tomada pela Riot Games, em abrir apenas 8 vagas para o torneio mundial citado, e, também, para reivindicar uma revisão do número de vagas para o campeonato.

Sabemos que, devido à desigualdade no que diz respeito ao apoio e às oportunidades que as mulheres enfrentam desde o início do mercado de e-Sports, o cenário misto que possui o maior número de vagas e torneios internacionais é predominantemente ocupado por times totalmente masculinos. Por isso, pensando em maior visibilidade e reconhecimento do cenário feminino de e-Sports, o Game Changers trouxe atenção e mostrou que estamos em uma busca constante por espaço nos jogos, não podemos deixar que todo o esforço desde o lançamento do jogo seja ignorado. Lutamos por igualdade, representatividade e buscamos o desenvolvimento do cenário feminino para que um dia o cenário misto seja, de fato, um espaço plural ocupado por todo tipo de pessoa. 

Contamos com o apoio de vocês para assinar este abaixo-assinado e compartilhar com o maior número de pessoas possível. Juntos podemos fazer com que a Riot repense a decisão tomada.

We, the undersigned, including players, staff, organizations and supporters, write this to show our discontent regarding the distribution of slots in Riot Games’ Game Changers tournament and also to request a review in the number and allocation of slots in it.
It is known that ‘‘Valorant Champions Tour’’ is mainly composed by male players and has more slots in the international tournaments. On the other hand, Game Changers was created to supplement the competitive season by creating new opportunities and exposure for women within VALORANT esports.
That being said, seeing the inequalities faced by women in the esports community, in terms of support and opportunities, and seeking more acknowledgement of this competitive community, it urges the need to review the distribution of slots in the championship. We fight for equality and the development of women in esports so that, one day, the Valorant gaming community will be a more inclusive place for all.
We count on you to sign this and share with the biggest number of people as possible. Together we can make Riot review this decision.
