We are quickly approaching Rebecca Hogue’s February 11th sentencing date and need your help today! 

Rebecca was convicted of first degree murder under Oklahoma’s failure to protect law for the murder of her son Ryder by Christopher Trent while she was at work. Our petition lays out all the ways she was denied a fair trial and how this injustice has unfolded at the hands of DA Greg Mashburn and ADA Pattye High. 

Our only hope is that Judge Tupper grants Rebecca mercy at sentencing. And, that’s why we need your help!

Please call his office and ask that he grant her mercy in sentencing so she doesn’t spend life behind bars for a murder her abuser committed. Please be respectful in your call to the judge- he is the only thing standing between Rebecca and spending her life in prison.
