I have created this petition and requested a change in the law for minors and victims of sexual abuse because of what has happened to my daughter, because of what has happened to many of us, because of what continues to happen even when the physical abuse is over the mental abuse continues. This request is to make sure that no abuser is able to parole after sentencing. This request is to make sure that the abuser is not able to receive special care or privilege's with incarcerated. This request is to make sure that the abuser is not able to write and torment the abused . This request is to ensure that the abuser is not able to attempt to sue the victims nor have the right TO USE THE LAW  to do as such. This request is to ensure that no abuser gets anything less than life for TAKING life from his/her victims. When a child , a minor, a young adult even an adult is assaulted something is taken from them. Life is changed. Some whom may be too young to deal with the aftermath of what has occurred to them will one day have to figure out how. And many of us don't. This petition is to make sure there is a voice, there is a REAL consequence , there is a real sense of JUSTICE. This is for my daughter, your daughters, sons, loved ones, THE INNOCENT.
