Charles Murphy Jr. has spent the last 14 plus years in prison for an unthinkable murder he didn't commit in 2007.

During the trial Mr. Murphy was tried three times. Two mistrials and the third convicted. There were three co-defendant's and only one of them he knew. Charles was convicted off of cellphone records that weren't even accurate. At the time of the trial Mr. Murphy had a Nasa employee testify in his defense while the D.A. used a cellphone sales agent to testify. The D.A booted off every African American and Hispanic jury that was available even if they were Pro-D.A. The co-defendants were given or offered deals minus the main guy while Mr. Murphy was prosecuted to the fullest extent. Mind you the victim that survived this horrific tragedy stated and confirmed Mr. Murphy wasn't even there and has never seen him before. There was no physical evidence brought forth in this case that would've proven he had any involvement. 

During these past 14 plus years, Charles has continued to better himself mentally and spiritually with a team of support from family, friends and both his attorneys til this day. Charles has been in prison write-up free, goes to college with two college degrees, facilitate groups to help others. Most of his days are spent coaching and playing basketball, football and softball. At the current moment we are asking for support on his upcoming commutation.
