I'm doing this to make a change with the Florida laws where once a mother gives birth of your child she automatically gets 100 percent custody and gets all rights and the father has no rights at all. For you to be a father a judge has to tell you and grant you the rights to be the father of this child. Signing the birth certificate only means one thing, that is that you are now finacially responsible for your child but still has no rights, no rights to see your child, no rights for the mother not to move your child out of the county, no rights to 50/50 shared custody, no rights to the child's care or well being, no say in anything. Mothers are taking advantage of their powers and has the rights to not let you see your child. At one point I didn't see our child for 127 days not a clue where they were at. I was even locked out of the baby's doctors office where she put a pass code so I couldnt check on the baby's health and the baby is under my insurance and the judge says he doesn't care about that at all. The judge said do not buy a house anywhere out of the county and the mother did anyways and then the judge let the mother move 4hrs away even though the child spent more time with me and even though I am the one that started the whole case to petition for my son because I was told by the mother I will never see my kid again so I seeked legal actions the next day. Also the judge said  it would be better for the economy if she moves and gets another job. What does that have anything to do with my childs benefit. Judges are not suppose to be bias, but my judge said its fine because she has family where she moved even though I'm the one that cared for my child as a newborn and his actual grandparents he knows are here and after the mom went back to work, I was with my son, I did everything for him no problem. And she still took him away. I been fighting in court since the baby was 2 months and now he is 2yrs old. I just want to be apart of my sons everyday life and the court system is failing me and my son. I been around since day one and I love kids and I'm great with children and this was a planned pregnancy we were in a relationship, but she was older then me and it was said this was her plan all along once she had the baby she would leave.But not knowing it was a plan to take what means the most to me because our relationship wasn't working out for her. All I want is for us to be able to raise are child equally. I'm doing this not only for me but, every single father going through the same, please sign and let's make some changes in the state. The laws state if your married you get 50/50 custody. What about the 80% of American couples who are not and have a relationship and a planned pregnancy. Change the laws for automatic share custody. Change the laws to allowing father's to have a say, to have the right to be with the child when the mom is working instead allowing strangers to watch the father's child. Actually Change the laws to benefit both father and child. There are many methods to pregnancy if it was planned with a father and a relationship it should automatically make it a 50/50 shared custody legally. All the father's and all the mother's who appreciate active loving fathers who care, please sign this petition and lets make a change. Let's modernize the laws. With out us our children wouldn't have been created. Our government has created equal rights for gender equality, and marriages. Why aren't Father's included in equal rights? Father's deserve birth rights as well.im being told that if I lose this case I will not be able to take my son to school and that the mother can choose her own school in another county and I will only get to see our baby 1 week in the summer time and some holidays which will be chosen by the judge! This is not fair at all
