St. Mary’s orthodox Christian corporation, to the Los Angeles City Mayor Hon. Eric Garcetti and City Council man Hon. Mitch Englander (12 th district) to approve a Conditional Use Permit of the existing (1200 Sq. ft.) structure in the property located at 10854 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Chatsworth, CA 91311, to be used for the worship activities on weekends and two other important days of the year Christmas and Good Friday).

• Every effort has been made to address the concerns of a few neighbors to soften the impact of the church on the neighborhood. No Additional construction, The center will preserve the nature of the area and that the size of the building and the parking lot .The Center will be open for Emergency Shelters Services for the community.
• The area is changing with more single family homes and the community needs a center to anchor the spiritual fabric of a society, especially the children, youth and elderly.
• The community does not  have a church in the near vicinity and must drive to Whittier… in(60 miles ) The absence of a worship place creates extraordinary hardships to children and youth who will miss their spiritual nourishment in their formative period.
• The absence of a worship center has emotional hardship and spiritual distress on the elderly and single mothers who must be frugal on the amount of gasoline they use and physical challenge in maneuvering the traffic for 100 miles round-trip.
