Jonas Eidevall is the current Arsenal Women's manager, but has shown his lack of managerial skills throughout the season.

His most recent mistake was not offering Vivianne Miedema a new contract. Vivianne Miedema is one of the greatest players of all time, and any club would be lucky to have her. 

The Netherlands international joined the Gunners from Bayern Munich in 2017 and has scored 125 goals and provided 50 assists in 172 appearances. This is record-breaking. She is now the WSL's top goalscorer.

Earlier today (13/05/2024) it was announced that Miedema is set to depart the club at the end of season. Arsenal did not offer her a contract.

This is a large mistake, and one us fans are holding the club accountable for.

Jonas Eidevall recently stated in a press interview that Miedema "doesn't fit into the squad." If you have a record-breaking player in your squad, you make her fit.

Vivianne has put her heart and soul into the club, and has become an Arsenal legend. Eidevall is largely to blame for her departure, as well as the lack of success this club has faced. 

Fans are calling out for Jonas Eidevall to have his contract revoked, and a new manager brought in who can offer Vivianne a new contract.

Her Arsenal journey should not end this way.
