Opened in 1954, the Fenwick Island Dairy Queen has been a destination of many a childhood (and adulthood!) vacation.
Unofficially announced, ownership of the property the Dairy Queen sits on has changed hands. John Trader, the owner of 'Liquid Assets' (Ocean City, MD) and 'Our Harvest' (Fenwick Island, DE) is rumored to be the buyer.
If ownership is not made aware of how important this landmark is to us, the Fenwick Island Dairy Queen will be shuttered forever on September 15, 2018.
