The 300 Dublin Coach Service has consistently for several months

1   Failed to provide a reliable service

2   Failed to adhere to its stated timetable

3   Failed to ensure passengers have access to the transport

4   Failed to maintain its fleet of buses to a reasonable standard

5   Failed to ensure ticket holders have a right to passage 

Passengers are left waiting for hours, often 4-5 hours, in adverse weather conditions. 

Passengers have been denied travel due to lack of available seating.  

Student ticket holders are not permitted access to travel which adversely affects their course attendance records, tutorials and/or work placements.

The inadequate service means that passengers are late for work, meetings, medical appointments and/or visiting people in hospital,

Special needs, elderly and vulnerable members of society are abandoned in adverse weather conditions with little if any information regarding the service.
