I am conserned about the harrassed customer. Is it right to charge the customer for her T-mobile service if the customer service was so bad? Having someone harrass and overtly treating a customer is a bad thing we all seen it and this issue is going viral. How will the customer going to receive closure for her experience? John Legere we are waiting to hear from you. This experience could have happened to anyone one your store. Just imagine how many people that didn't have the courage to speak up.
