The Issue
Dear John,
This is the voice of all T-Mobile customers who saw your employee (Tiara Peoples) harassing and intimidating a customer in one of your T-Mobile stores. We all saw the Video and it been posted on your Facebook page. We waiting for you to speak to your customers about this situation but no reply from you. We want to hear from you about what happened and what steps you took to insure this don't happen in other stores across America! We need to know how to feel about what happened and if you care about customer safety. There was a security officer there that felt that he can't protect the customer and Tiara Peoples threatened the customer in front of the officer and tried to use him to retaliate against the customer. Do we have the right to feel safe in your stores?
A little background on Tiara Peoples: she is a felon.
In 2010, Tiara Peoples, and was arrested on preliminary charges of felony neglect of a dependent causing death. She received two years probation by now completedo her probationary punishment. However, she was convinced of a felony. A simple 5 minute background check could have discovered her criminal history of violence against children. That alone should his disqualified her to work at T-mobile and your customer paid the price.
That makes her a convicted felon. Do T-mobile do background check and drug screening. Your customers and the woman harrassed deserve a offical apology for your employees actions and because the horror that your customers feel that this person knew she was being recorded and try to rely on corporate to collaborate with her in her wrong doing. This behavior is unacceptable and the world needs to know why she was hired.
