Once again, thank you all for your support, we wanted to give you this important update on Johnny's situation.  It has now been 17 months and yes Johnny is still in jail.  As some of you may know he did accept an Open Plea Deal, so we will not be going to trial.

What this means is that there will be a formal hearing on Johnny's case and the Judge will decide on Johnny's sentence, which could be up to six years in prison.  

We would like everyone to know, that now is the best opportunity to show your support, by writing a letter to the judge on Johnny's or our Family's behalf.  The letter could be just a couple sentences or as long as you would like.  We would need it to be sent to our home and we will deliver them to Johnny's lawyer for him to hand to the Judge and or the State prior to sentencing.  We would be very thankful for any and all letters.

Letters should arrive to us by November 30th
