Hi Everyone, I never thought in a million years I would be making this type of update, but I am glad I am (and the image I have provided shows my reaction when I saw the 10,000 count on the petition). It is because of YOU, and YOU alone, that we are over 10,000 people strong in our cause! We were sitting on 5,000 signatures for a very long time until last month. Don Felder formally posted the petition on his social media outlets a week or so ago, and that has sparked the amount of signatures this petition received. And for that, I want to say thank you to Don as well as everyone who has signed this petition! Thank you all for the support and being so passionate about what we are trying to accomplish. I greatly appreciate it more than you'll ever know. With that being said, I feel that it is time to formally make our voices heard! I am going to forward a link to the petition to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to inform them of the petition. I will be doing this by August 1st at the latest. Any response that I receive, you guys will be the first to know. I can promise you all this! So again, I want to say thank you all for the support! I cannot begin to tell you how much I greatly appreciate the support. I am grateful for everyone being so passionate and enthusiastic about this. There is a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, we can get these three individuals, who have done their fair share of contributions to the Eagles catalog, a fair opportunity to be honored alongside the current Eagles lineup in some capacity.
