Hi Friends, hope to see many of you tonight at 5:00 pm at the D Street Neighborhood Center in Arcata as we stand in solidarity with the efforts to remove the statue of mckinley and the racist plaque on the plaza that refers to the genocide of local Indigenous Peoples as "Indian troubles". Other action steps you can take: Like the facebook page for Historic Justice Alliance to stay updated and email and call the city council members of the city of Arcata to let them know you want the statue and plaque to be removed.
